Weekly Update #3 (Oct 18th):
Last weekend I finished Among the Living by Tim Lebbon and enjoyed it! Like I said it has many similar story and horror elements as The Thing (1982) and has quick pacing that keeps the adrenaline going. Since the book ends on water, I figured it’d be fitting to start From Below by Darcy Coates next; this one’s all about a team of documentary divers finding and exploring a famous shipwreck, when something else finds them under the deep water. As of tonight I’m 50% through it and hope to finish it soon!
